AMS Records \u00e8 lieta di presentare il frutto di una collaborazione unica tra due cantautori, compositori e produttori musicali, profondi conoscitori della produzione artistica di personaggi che hanno scritto pagine importanti nella storia della musica italiana: Fabio Cinti<\/strong> (voce) e Alessandro Russo<\/strong> (pianoforte). Il duo rilegge qui in maniera personale e unica alcune composizioni di Angelo Branduardi<\/strong>, artista il cui stile attinge da atmosfere fiabesche ed epiche, trasposte in musica unendo una scrittura lirica e una metrica ben precise, spesso di forte impatto poetico, ad arrangiamenti e costruzioni armoniche ricchi di riferimenti al passato.<\/p>\n

Questa inedita rilettura di un\u2019accurata selezione di brani del cantautore lombardo cerca un approccio classico e rigoroso alla materia, di interpretazione pura, in cui l\u2019esecutore \u00e8 al servizio della canzone e non viceversa, con l\u2019obiettivo di far emergere la vera intima essenza delle composizioni di Branduardi. \u201cGuardate com\u2019\u00e8 rossa la sua bocca\u201d – da un verso del brano \u201cSotto il tiglio\u201d – \u00e8, nella sua essenzialit\u00e0, curato in ogni suo aspetto, compreso quello grafico, minimale ed elegante, che rispecchia perfettamente il contenuto musicale di questa proposta.<\/p>\n

L\u2019album \u00e8 stato registrato e mixato da Cristopher Bacco presso lo Studio 2 di Padova e masterizzato da Andrea De Bernardi presso Eleven Mastering di Busto Arsizio (VA). Produzione esecutiva di M.V.A. Productions e Matthias Scheller per AMS Records.<\/p>\n

The duo here reinterprets in a personal and unique way a selection of compositions by Angelo Branduardi<\/strong>, an artist whose style draws on fairy-tale and epic atmospheres, transposed into music by combining specific lyrical writing and metrics, often with a strong poetic impact, with arrangements and harmonic constructions rich in references to the past.<\/p>\n

This unprecedented reinterpretation of an accurate selection of Branduardi’s songs pursues a classic and rigorous approach to the subject, made of pure interpretation, with the aim of bringing out the true intimate essence of these compositions; the songs are always more important than the performance, never the other way around. “Guarda com’\u00e8 rossa la sua bocca” (which literally translates as “Look how red is her mouth”) – from a verse of the song “Sotto il tiglio” (Under the Lime Tree) – is carefully crafted in every aspect, including the minimal and elegant graphic design, perfectly reflecting the musical content of this work.<\/p>\n

The album has been recorded and mixed by Cristopher Bacco at Studio 2 in Padua, and has been mastered by Andrea De Bernardi at Eleven Mastering in Busto Arsizio (Varese, Italy). Executive production by M.V.A. Productions and by Matthias Scheller for AMS Records.<\/p>\n
